Prior to delivering any product to our customers, our team meticulously conducts thorough inspections at two crucial stages: upon arrival and before shipment. We adhere rigorously to the highest standards, ensuring that only items meeting over 50 stringent inspection criteria are dispatched to our valued customers.

Appraisal

Our service includes the assessment and appraisal of over 10,000 items annually. To ensure customer confidence in their purchases, all appraisals are conducted by at least two of our seasoned appraisers, each with over a decade of industry experience. Furthermore, we have developed an appraiser training program, based on the skills honed by our experienced appraisers over many years, emphasizing our commitment to cultivating expertise in appraisal.
